1. Bernard Schelhorn was brother of John and Michael Shelhorn. We know that John was born in Lancaster, NY and moved with parents to Oconomowoc, Wisc. When a young boy. There were also three sisters. Bernard Schelhorn was married to Mary (no maiden name known). She was born Westport, MO. Bernard and Mary Schelhorn came to the Louisville area in 1900’s. They llived on the Eickhoff farm Sec. 32 Louisville Prec. Before moving to Cass County, the couple lived in S. Dakota, Oregon, and Colo. Bernard’s wife Mary was a nurse. She died in Reno, Nev. And is buried there. Bernard and Mary Schelhorn had no children. Bernard Schelhorn was a great-uncle of Wilma Schoeman, Louisville.
